Due to hurricane Irma, school has been cancelled for the remainder of the week.  However, the home game against Dixie County this Friday will still be played.  We will not have rehearsal on Thursday but we MUST have rehearsal on Friday.  Here is the schedule….

Friday Schedule 9/15

1:30pm-4:30pm  Rehearsal

4:30pm    Dinner Break on your own (bring food or go get it)

5:15pm    Uniform Room opens.

6:00pm      Call time for Inspection

We will need Concession Workers for that night as well.  I am sure there will be a few folks that are still without power and may be unable to work.  Please confirm with Ms. Dorsey ASAP if you are able to help out!  Email dorseyk@union.k12.fl.us or send a response through the remind app.

There will be a staff member at the bandroom by noon time if anyone needs to come in early to hang out until rehearsal begins.  Please don’t come early to hang out unless absolutely necessary as work will be taking place.

As always, please be sure to communicate with us if there are any issues.  Thanks for being flexible.  Prayers go up everyday for our band family and their safety!
